Cities for Women
The Cities for Women program was built on a participatory approach to urban planning, reaching out to the key stakeholders in improved city infrastructure – the women within the communities who are most affected. To support local authorities’ efforts to develop inclusive, gender-responsive urban plans, Cities Alliance and UNOPS needed documents that they could distribute across social media, printed flyers, and workshops. As a member of the Big Yellow Taxi team, I edited and animated this video for the Cities for Women campaign using shot interviews by the UNOPS team. I also collaborated with Kristen Terrana-Hollis (illustrations) and Peter Leonardo (interior layout) to create the cover image for the accompanying publication.
